We Attended AWS Cloud Day Turkey 2025!

The LEVELUP team attended the AWS Cloud Day Turkey event held at Zorlu Center on September 24. To be honest, the most talked-about topic of the day was AI Agents. The rise of AI Agents, with their impact on various industries, seems poised to revolutionize many areas, from digital marketing to e-commerce, customer service to automation.

Today, we are no longer talking about systems that simply analyze data; we are talking about structures that can make their own decisions, continuously learn, and even use their own tools. We are talking about systems that can do a marketing team's hours-long work in minutes, optimize campaigns instantly, or pull a customer's history from CRM and highlight the right offer. It sounds ambitious, but when you see examples of it in action, you realize that the future is here.

The point that caught our attention the most was this: Soon, teams will need to develop not only a “campaign strategy” but also an “agent strategy.” In other words: Which tasks do we delegate to the agent? Where is human touch essential? How do we measure success with which KPIs? The answers to these questions seem to determine the competitive advantage.
